The Results Program is our “Strength- HIIT- Conditioning” Program. We have a flex option in all our classes where you can pick which type of workout you prefer to do in our strength portion of the workout. You can choose our high rep option if you like to do H.I.I.T. style workout or lift heavy if you like maximum strength or power lifting. After the strength portion, we all do the same conditioning portion together. It our unified way of training all fitness levels.
