Are you ready to transform your body and finish the year strong? Welcome to the Mean Green Gym’s 8-Week "Hard 56" Challenge! This challenge will guide you through Thanksgiving and the start of all the Christmas parties, So you can step into the holiday season feeling great—losing weight and building muscle along the way.

Challenge Goals

Lose the most Fat, Gain the most muscle, And conquer the holiday temptations. The person with the best transformation wins $200!

Why is it called "Hard 56"?

Because you’ll have to find a way to succeed through Thanksgiving and the beginning of Christmas celebrations. Don’t stress—Mean Green will guide you every step of the way.

How to Join?

You must be a member of Mean Green Gym. Any of our programs or a Flex Room membership (open gym) qualifies you to participate.
